Target role: AI operations
- Target fitSummary names the AI operations role; two posting skills are missing.
- EvidenceAI tools are listed, but no bullet says what was built or decided with them.
- ResultsTwo bullets name results; the rest describe duties.
- ClarityClean layout. The most relevant work sits on page two.
- CredibilityOne claim (“expert in machine learning”) would be hard to defend in an interview.
Three changes worth making first

- Rewrite three bullets as what you built, how you measured it, and what changed.
- Replace “expert in machine learning” with the specific thing you did.
01
Target fit
The résumé reads as written for the AI role you named, in the words its postings use.
02
Evidence
AI work is shown as something you built, measured, or decided, not only as tools you used.
03
Results
Bullets name what changed because of your work, with numbers where you have them.
04
Clarity
A hiring manager can find your role, skills, and best work in under a minute.
05
Credibility
Every claim is specific enough to defend in an interview.
How it works
AI drafts the report. A person approves it.
Grading runs in batches, so every report gets the same rubric and a coach’s check.
Upload
Name your target role and attach your résumé. It is stored privately, and nothing is graded yet.
Grading
Your résumé joins the next grading batch and is scored against the five measures, with an AI model doing the first pass.
A person checks it
A coach reads every report before it is sent, and corrects anything the model got wrong.
Your report
A score for each measure and the three changes worth making first, by email within two business days.
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The grader is free and stays free. If you want a coach to rebuild your résumé with you afterward, that is a separate program with a fixed price.
Who reads my résumé?
An AI model does the first pass against the rubric. A Cursus coach then reads the report, corrects it where needed, and approves it before it is sent.
Why is the report not instant?
Résumés are graded in batches, and a person checks each report before it goes out. That is why it arrives by email, within two business days, rather than on the page.
What happens to my file?
It is stored privately, used only to prepare your report, and deleted 90 days after the report is sent. Reply to your receipt at any time to withdraw it sooner.
Which files can I send?
PDF or Word (.docx), up to 5 MB. A text-based PDF reads best; a scanned image of a résumé may not.
Can it promise interviews?
No. Hiring decisions belong to employers. The report measures what you control: fit, evidence, results, clarity, and credibility.
