COHORSKO-hors

Team AI Career Programs

A cohors was a Roman company that trained and marched together. Our team programs move a group of your people into AI work the same way: together, on a shared plan.

Train the people who know your business to run, check, and improve your AI systems.

Quoted per cohort after a free planning call. Scope, schedule, and price are agreed in writing before the program starts.

Your managers choose who joins and decide every role change. We train, coach, and report.

Is this for you?

  • Employers moving staff into AI-adjacent roles instead of hiring for them
  • Teams whose repeatable work is moving to agents, and whose people should move up
  • HR and learning leaders who want a measured program, not a course library

The problem

You need AI skills on the team, and you already employ the people who know the work.

Hiring for AI roles is slow and expensive. Meanwhile the people who know your customers, systems, and rules are already on payroll.

As repeatable work moves to agents, some roles shrink. The people in them are the natural candidates for the roles that run, check, and improve that work.

A course library rarely gets them there. A program with real projects, coaching, and a destination role does.

How we fix it

A cohort, a destination role for each person, and projects on your own work.

We start with the roles you need and the people you want to grow into them. Each participant takes a skills assessment and agrees a path with a coach.

The cohort learns together in workshops built around your systems and policies, and each person builds one project on a real internal problem, with engineer review.

The program owner receives progress reports at the agreed interval. Private coaching notes stay between participant and coach.

Programs by goal

Where a team program fits.

Typical programs. Illustrative examples, not client results.

  • Operations team

From doing the work to running the agents

Staff whose tasks move to agents learn to supervise, correct, and improve them.

  • Customer support

Into AI quality and knowledge roles

Agents learn to write and maintain the knowledge AI assistants use, and to evaluate their answers.

  • Finance team

    Into automation and analysis

Analysts automate recurring reports and reconciliations, with controls finance leaders accept.

  • Engineering team

    Into AI engineering

Developers learn to build agents and evaluations on your stack, with reviewed projects.

  • Managers

    Leading AI-assisted teams

Managers learn to scope AI work, set acceptance criteria, and decide where people approve.

  • Roles in transition

    Career support when roles change

People whose roles change get coaching toward new internal roles or a well-prepared external move.

What you receive

A skills assessment

Where each participant stands today against the roles you plan to fill, shared with them first.

Role paths

A written path from each current role to an AI role your organization needs.

Cohort workshops

Live sessions on working with AI tools and agents, built around your systems and policies.

Coached projects on your work

Each participant builds one project on a real internal problem, with engineer review.

Individual coaching

One-to-one sessions for each participant, at the number agreed in scope.

Progress reporting

Attendance, project milestones, and skills progress, reported to the program owner at an agreed interval.

How it works

  1. Plan

A free planning call: the roles you need, the people in scope, and your timeline.

  2. Assess

Each participant takes the skills assessment and agrees a path with their coach.

  3. Learn and build

Workshops, coached projects on your work, and individual sessions, over the agreed weeks.

  4. Review

A readout of what each participant built and learned, and recommended next roles.

What the program owner sees

Progress, reported in plain terms.

Measures are agreed in the program scope, with what is shared and what stays private.

Participation
Workshop attendance and coaching sessions held.
Projects
Each participant’s project milestones and the final readout.
Skills progress
The skills assessment repeated at the end, against the destination role.
Next roles
Recommended next roles for each participant, for managers to decide.

Common concerns

What people ask before they buy.

Employee trust
Participants see their own assessment first. Coaching notes are private unless the participant shares them.
Internal data
Projects on internal work follow the data handling written into the agreement.
Role decisions
Promotions, transfers, and role changes are decided by your managers, never by the program.

Who does what

Your coach does the heavy lifting. You make the calls.

Your team

  • Name the destination roles and participants
  • Give participants time for the program
  • Provide internal problems for projects
  • Decide every role change

Cursus

  • Assess skills and agree paths
  • Run workshops and coaching
  • Review every project
  • Report progress at the agreed interval

Afterward

Where people go next.

Most people take one of these routes. You choose, and nothing is booked for you.

  1. Place participants

Managers move ready participants into the destination roles.

  2. Run another cohort

Repeat the program for the next group, using what the first one taught.

  3. Pair with Ergon

Move repeatable work to managed agents, with your graduates running and checking them.

Before you start

What to have ready.

  • The AI roles you plan to fill
  • The number of participants and their current roles
  • Your timeline and budget range
  • Who owns the program on your side

What the agreement sets out

Scope, schedule, and price, agreed in writing.

  1. The participants, roles, and schedule in scope.
  2. The number of workshops, coaching sessions, and projects per participant.
  3. What is reported to the program owner, and what stays between participant and coach.
  4. Data handling for projects built on internal work.

Questions

Does this pair with Ergon?

Yes. When Ergon moves repeatable work to agents, Cohors can move the people who did it into the roles that run, check, and improve that work.

Who sees individual results?

The agreement sets it. By default, participants see their own assessment first, and the program owner sees progress, not private coaching notes.

Can you run it on our own systems?

Yes, within your policies. Projects on internal data follow the data handling written into the agreement.

How is it priced?

Per cohort, by participants, weeks, and coaching hours. The price is agreed in writing after the planning call.
